Sept. 23rd through 26th 2004. Room rate for Kings/Doubles $75.00 plus tax per night. Workshop Registration Fee is $35.00 and the Banquet is $29.00. Needless to say, This is a true honor to be part of a National event. With out you and Area 64 participating it will not happen. We need your support from now through the Event. Watch for flyers with contact peoples names and phone numbers to lend your support.
Not really knowing how to put this in words, please pay attention to this next statement. Conventions, Area, Districts, Groups, Committees, and other events, have extended this Chair dozens of opportunities to participate in events across this state over the past two years. Several Events have offered to pay expense money totally. Several Events have offered to pay partially and no expense money was given. My prayer is not just for the Archives Committee, but any people we ask to serve, that we look at being fully self supporting. I have received as your Chair, less than 30% self support. Thank God for the opportunity and being able to serve. But some of us cannot afford to be a servant, please have your event committee, inventory self support prior to invitation.
We are so anonymous I probably have 600 people to thank for the opportunity to serve. Not knowing many first and fewer last names and praying that I leave no one out.
