4th Quarter Assembly Report
Precious Memories
Hoping all had Happy and Prosperous Holidays. Report will be brief. There is a God. Had an opportunity October 31, 2004 to do Archives workshop in Tullahoma Tennessee. One of the most impacting workshops I've had the opportunity to do. I was asked to participate in public information workshop for the combined districts in Nashville @ Woodbine. JJ. T. did and excellent job facilitating and brought forward lots of information carrying the PI message within the fellowship. I attended a Woodbine Group inventory our delegate Milton C. facilitated. I have attended district 9 district meeting on two occasions. The highlight of the Quarter was the Southeastern Regional Forum in Louisville Kentucky on December 3-5, 2004. The forum provided us with several achievable items. The workshop was full of topics and Q&A. The General Service Staff attending from the Grapevine & Treatment Facilities Committees. Several Trustees including Trustee at large, Class A and Class B were in attendance. We met the newest Class A Trustee and said farewell to the outgoing Chairman of the Board\d of Trustees. There was more information brought forward than I can ever put into this report. If anyone anywhere wants to know more about the forum look me up this weekend and Ill be happy to share. Area 64 should be proud of our attendance. There were form 25-30 people from Bristol Tennessee district 1 to Memphis Tennessee district 22-26. Again I want to Thank all of you allowing me to serve. If any Group or District would like to have the traveling Archives displayed please let me know. November 1, 2004 I relocated to Jamestown Tennessee. My new address for the record is: 118 Collyer Loop, Jamestown, Tn. 38556.
I hope to retain my cell phone # (901)289-1549.
Yours in Love & Service
